Requesting a refund

Learn about Someday's ticket refund policy and how to request a refund when eligible

Generally, tickets purchased through Someday are non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are eligible for a full refund. Someday will automatically process the refund and send an email notification to confirm the cancellation and refund status.
  1. Event Postponement or Date Change: If an event is postponed or rescheduled to a later date, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund if they are unable to attend the event on the new date. Please contact support@someday.fm if you are no longer able to attend due to a change in the event date.
  1. Explicit Refund Authorization: In some cases, event organizers may choose to allow refunds for specific reasons. If the event organizer has explicitly authorized refunds, Someday will honor those refund requests.

To request a refund, please navigate to your ticket details page and click on the "Request a refund" button. Provide the necessary information and reason for your refund request, then submit the request for review.

Please note that processing a refund may take a few business days. Once the refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank statement.
